Safe use of fuel heaters
1. Turn off the machine when refueling. After the equipment is completely shut down, open the fuel tank cap. Do not remove the filter to deliver fuel. After the fuel is full, tighten the fuel tank cap to avoid leakage. The fuel is checked to avoid shortage of fuel during work.
2. When the equipment is working and needs to be moved, the equipment must be moved steadily to avoid large fluctuations in the fuel in the fuel tank, resulting in unstable fuel supply, flameout, and damage to combustion components.
3. After turning off the device, please be sure not to unplug the power plug immediately. The correct way is to wait. After turning off the device, the device will still automatically dissipate heat for about 3-5 minutes, and then unplug the power plug after the device is completely shut down.
4. The fuel used by the equipment is diesel or kerosene. It is forbidden to use any fuel other than diesel and kerosene, otherwise it may cause explosion, damage, equipment scrap, fire and other problems.
5. The fuel label must use different varieties according to the change of the ambient temperature. -10# diesel must be used in the environment of -5℃, -20# diesel must be used in the environment of -15℃, and -30# diesel must be used in the environment of -25℃. If the temperature is lower, use -35# diesel. For long-term use, a fuel heater can also be installed to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, otherwise the fuel may freeze.
Safe use of gas heaters
1. The specified gas must be used. For example, liquefied gas models must use liquefied gas, natural gas models must use natural gas, and the equipment must be debugged before changing gas types for multi-gas models to ensure the safety and normal use of the equipment , And do not use other combustible gases outside the equipment regulations to avoid danger.
2. For large-scale natural gas industrial heaters that use a large amount of gas, a gas filter device must be installed to prevent the slag in the gas pipeline from entering the burner and damage the combustion components, and the filter device should be cleaned regularly.
3. If the mobile model uses natural gas and uses hard pipe connections, in order to avoid danger, the equipment must be fixed to avoid accidental movement of the equipment without human intentions to cause damage to the gas pipeline.
4. The gas pressure and gas quality must meet the use standards, otherwise it may cause ignition failure or damage to the equipment due to long-term use. Do not place the liquefied gas cylinder in a high-temperature environment, otherwise there may be an explosion hazard.
