Factory electric heaters are heaters mainly used in industrial places such as workshops and factories. The main purpose is to heat some workshops and factories that need to maintain a certain temperature, and it can also be used to dry some industrial products. The heater is a combined unit that heats the air, which is composed of a motor and a radiator. It is suitable for all kinds of workshops where the air can be circulated. When the air does not contain dust or combustible gas, it can be used as circulating air for heating.
There are many heating methods at present: floor heating, radiation, hot air, convection, etc. Among various heating methods, air heating is more comfortable. Most of the electric heaters in the workshop use steam or hot water as the medium, and heat the entire space uniformly through air convection heat transfer, which has the advantages of fast heating and fast heat circulation.
1. Check the integrity of the plant's electric heater before installation.
2. Corresponding heat medium piping systems should be installed, shut-off valves should be installed on the heater's inlet and return water branch pipes, and exhaust devices should be installed on the entire piping system.
3. When the air inlet should be directly connected to the outdoors, a blocking device should be installed at the outdoor air inlet to prevent the radiating pipe from being frozen when the heat medium stops.
4. When the motor is energized, the impeller should rotate in the direction of the arrow marked on the product.
5. The piping system must be cleaned, and the heater can be connected after cleaning. A drain valve should be installed under each heater in the workshop.
6. The cold air in the piping system and heat pipe must be drained before operation.
7. The temperature of hot water is generally above 85℃ and not lower than 80℃. The circulating water volume must ensure that the water velocity in the radiating pipe can be used above 0.2m/s.
8. Adjust the opening angle of the shutters to obtain a more suitable airflow.
For easy management, electric contact thermometers and relays can be installed on the main water inlet pipe of the heating medium system to centrally control the switch of the heater to prevent the factory heater from blowing cold air.
